An Adult Addiction Recovery Group in Partnership with Horses
Step into a space where healing happens beyond words. This experiential group offers adults in addiction recovery, or a family member of an addicted loved one, a powerful opportunity to reconnect with self, others, and the present moment — all in the gentle presence of horses.
Led through the Gestalt approach, and held in a safe, non-judgmental environment, participants are guided to explore their stories, emotions, and inner truths — not through traditional talk therapy, but through somatic awareness and equine-facilitated connection and transformative experiences through Gestalt Coaching.
No horse experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
Bi-weekly, Thursdays STARTING September 4th, from 9:30AM to 11:30AM at the Ranch.
