Payment Policy
$100 non-refundable booking fee reserves your spot to any event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: Full refund (minus booking fee of $100).
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund (minus booking fee of $100).
There will be no refund for cancellation 14 days or less before the event.
If Equine Inspired Soul cancels at any time, for any reason, a full refund will be offered.
Meals & Dietary Restrictions
Please advise of any dietary restrictions more than 30 days before an event. We may not have capacity to accommodate all food restrictions. Our caterer cannot guarantee food will not be cross-contaminated. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary restrictions. If you have severe allergies, please consider providing your own meal and snacks.
