About the event
Just as Gestalt coaching does not label or diagnose, it also does not seek an intellectual understanding of self. Instead, we support a client in fully experiencing themselves, holding that each client has inherent wisdom, allowing that it might be outside of their present awareness. In each Gestalt coaching session, because it is experiential and not a form of talk-therapy, clients experience positive healing and transformative permanent change. Clients share this experience as a deeply therapeutic experience of transformation and clarity towards physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health.
