The Soul Nourishment daytime Retreat is a restorative experience created for women who are ready to step away from the constant demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and supportive way.
At Equine Inspired Soul, we offer a peaceful sanctuary in Belgrade, Minnesota where women slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the quiet, grounding presence of horses. This retreat is designed especially for women who spend much of their time caring for others — whether as mothers, professionals, partners, or caregivers — and are feeling the need for space to rest, reflect, and renew.
