Finding your WISDOM WITHIN:
Equine Gestalt sessions offer a powerful opportunity for self-discovery and healing through guided experiences with horses. In partnership with a trained practitioner, clients explore emotions, patterns, and life experiences in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
Horses are highly intuitive and responsive. Their honest feedback gently reflects what may be happening beneath the surface, helping bring awareness to emotional blocks, past wounds, or places ready for growth. This experiential process allows for deep reflection, emotional release, and greater self-understanding.
No horse or riding experience is necessary. Sessions take place on the ground, with the horse at liberty in the arena, creating space for authentic connection and meaningful insight.
$200 for a 60 minute session, limited scheduling until May 1st.
